Reasons to love it – and reasons not to

Charming staff welcomed us warmly and kept the atmosphere lively. Morning views with palm trees singing were a delightful start to the day,, enhancing our overall experience.

Breakfast lacked variety and warmth,, while excessive charges for air conditioning and sunbeds left us feeling a bit exploited.

We had a fab time overall, stunning sea views from our room! Just a bummer about the breaky being a bit bland and not heaps of options. Chur to the friendly staff though!

I encountered multiple issues during my stay, such as noisy mornings that disrupted my sleep. The breakfast options were lacking, making it hard to enjoy our meals. Charging for sun beds on the beach was quite.

Just a well-suited match for a relaxing holiday in Planos (Zakynthos) with good value for price. The cleaning staff was friendly and always ready to help with any extra requests we had. Make sure to check the beach access rules before settling down on your sunbed.

This hotel suits me perfectly with amenities like air conditioning, a bar/lounge area, and sun loungers. During my first stay, staff helped with currency exchange recommendations. I recommend visiting the pool area in the afternoon for a relaxing...  

We had a fantastic time at this hotel where the spacious room had an incredible sea view, and the fresh breakfast options kept us fueled for the day. The pool area and comfortable beach loungers were perfect for relaxing after exploring. Just a small note, breakfast could use a little variety, but overall, we loved our stay! 😄

the location was breathtaking. with easy access to the beach and a lovely bar area. the staff were genuinely friendly and made our stay enjoyable! ! it felt like home. we’ll definitely be back to phoenix...

The staff were friendly, they treated us like family and even remembered our names during our stay. We enjoyed the wonderful view from our room with palm trees swaying and birds making the beach...  

The spacious room offered stunning sea views, complemented by a good WiFi connection. Housekeeping performed daily, ensuring fresh towels and cleanliness throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast options were limited, and some items were served cold. the policy around sun loungers created frustration, especially with extra charges for beach access. the staff's attentiveness made a notable positive difference in our experience.

Staying here was nice! Big rooms and loved the pool area. The bar staff were super nice and always around to help. Breakfast was decent too, and eating it outside was a treat! Just a heads up, don’t expect much from the reception—they didn’t really engage. But it was a chill break overall!
